As a daily policy, I or an assistant check my texts & emails daily, and usually respond within 24 hours. If it is a Friday, weekend, or holiday we will respond on Monday or the day following the holiday.

 

Please note: Texts to an incorrect number however, do not bounce back. Please do not assume your text has reached me unless I have actually responded to your texts previously and it is already part of an ongoing text conversation. If you don't hear back from us, double check the text phone number, or best to send an email.

If there is EVER(!) a text indicating urgency, I or my assistant respond as soon as we see it.
